GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All items are official and ordered directly from official sites such as Weverse or Universal Music Studio. Otherwise, we will inform you if the products being sold are directly from a supplier.

2. Refunds will only be made if items are out-of-stock. Please be advised that I will refund depending on the forex conversion.

3. All your order information can be seen in the order confirmation email automatically sent to you upon check out.

4. Updates will be done only via Twitter @KMerchOutlet #KMerchOutletUpdates. You can check the masterlist for more specific updates on your order. Please keep in mind that items are directly from Japan/Korea, so we ask for your patience.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

1. All prices are ALL IN, excluding Local Shipping Fee (LSF). LSF is to be paid once the items arrive at our PH address.

2. Upon check out or submission of order form, cancellations are not allowed. We have a strict NO CANCELLATIONS policy. If you wish to cancel, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your order. Additionally, you will be blocked from the shop to prevent future transactions. If you have other orders from us and have an unpaid cancellation fee, we reserve the right not to release your product unless the cancellation fee is paid.

3. We require down payments for us to secure your order. Unless a down payment is made, we will not secure your order. This helps protect the shop from possible joy reservers. Down payments cannot be waived even for suki buyers. We hope you understand. If you want to cancel your order, We will not refund your down payment.

4. Please remember to pay only the exact amount for your item. We will not offer a refund for excess payments.

5. Most of our GOs have a long deadline of payments (DOPs) so please remember to pay on or before the deadline. Late payments incur a 50 PHP late fee per day late. We will only wait for late payments for a maximum of 3 days. If payment has not been settled, We will cancel the order, and down payments will not be refunded. You will also be blocked from the shop for any future transactions.

6. After payment, remember to submit proof of payment (POP) to payment form. Unless POP is submitted, we cannot reflect and acknowledge your payment. We are not liable for items not secured due to down payments without POPs.

SHIPPING AND ARRIVALS

1. Orders are shipped out in order of submission in the shipping confirmation form.

2. KMerch Outlet will send a shipping confirmation form via email once your order has arrived with us. Please make sure to answer the form so we can ship your items to you. After submitting the form, changes in MOD and delivery address will no longer be allowed.

3. We allow combined shipping of items. Just inform us beforehand. Once all items for combined shipping have arrived, make sure to include all order codes. We are not responsible for the additional shipping fee of orders left behind due to incomplete order codes.

4. We make sure to declare to you the condition of your items during packing. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages to your items during shipping from Korea to the Philippines. We will, however, make sure to declare to you any damages during packing. Similarly, we are not responsible for any damages incurred due to local shipping. And thus, we do not offer refunds due to these reasons.

5. We make sure to send pictures and videos of your items during packing, so check the quantity and condition thoroughly.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. We do not offer refunds for any damages to the items due to shipping from Korea to the Philippines or local shipping couriers. These circumstances are beyond our control.

2. Make sure to film an unboxing video in case of wrong or incomplete orders. If you have received wrong or incomplete items, please inform us within 24 hours so we can solve the problem immediately. If you have received incomplete items, we will shoulder the shipping fee of the items left behind. In the case of wrong items, we will also shoulder the shipping of the item from you to us and vice versa.

BOGUS BUYERS

1. KMerch Outlet will immediately block bogus buyers with no existing orders from the shop to avoid future transactions. Down payments are also non-refundable

We will cancel existing orders since we no longer wish to further transact with you. Please remember to be responsible buyers and only order what you can afford.
